Do I have to pay to use Painted Circle?
No. Anyone can create a free account and browse the guide. Supporters get access to special offers and discounts.
How do I use an offer?
Each offer is created by the business and explains how to use it. The details differ from one business to the next.
What does “Lifetime” mean?
You pay once and keep Supporter access for as long as Painted Circle is running.
Can I cancel my Annual plan?
Yes, at any time. You keep your access through the end of the year you’ve paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you change your mind within 14 days of your most recent charge, we’ll refund that charge. Your Supporter access ends as soon as you’re refunded. If you’ve already booked with a business using an offer, it’s up to that business whether it still honors the offer.
Can my company cover this for our team?
Yes. With a Team Plan, your company supports Painted Circle and every team member gets Supporter access. Team Plans are coming soon. Get in touch if you’d like to hear when they’re ready.
